  • Peel Cricket Board

    The Peel Cricket Board is one of 14 community cricket boards across WA formed as part of a WACA initiative to increase communication between the cricket community and the WACA.

    The Peel Cricket Board includes representatives from:

    WACA
    Rockingham Mandurah District Cricket Club
    Peel Cricket Association
    Peel Junior Cricket Association
    Peel Umpires
    Indoor Cricket Sports Centres (Rockingham and Mandurah)
    Female Cricket
    Local Government
    State Government
    Schools
    The Peel Cricket Board provides the following services:

    Coordinate and support training workshops for coaches, umpires, and volunteers
    Coordinate and support planning sessions for clubs to develop strategic plans and action plans
    Source funding and partners for club initiatives and events
    Advocate for new and improved facilities
    Coordinate minor upgrades between clubs and local government
    Liaise with WACA on issues facing cricket in the Peel
